Assembly Manual
These gazebos can be purchased in either a panelized
gazebo kit or precut gazebo kit. We refer to the panelized version as the Bayside
Gazebo and the precut version as the Creekside Gazebo. When
completed both styles give you the same finished product.
Panelized kits come to you in sections which you
simply put together.
Pre-cut kits come to you with all the lumber but you
have to assemble the individual pieces of wood. No cutting is required.
Gazebo instructions are straight forward with lots of
pictures to ensure easy assembly when you build one of our gazebos. The image to the
left is a sample page from the assembly manual that comes with your gazebo kit.
These gazebos are individually handcrafted and made
with tight knot Western Red Cedar, a wood species and grade known for its longevity,
durability, and beauty. Time is taken to dry the cedar wood that goes into the gazebos
so it finishes smoother, is less likely to split and twist, and overall provides a
better fitting gazebo kit.
Shipping is provided by a common
truck carrier. They carrier will notify you a day or two prior to arrive to
confirm your address and advise you when the truck will be there. We recommend
that you have at least one other person to help you unload the product. Although
the driver may assist you, he is not obligated to do so. The carrier will provide
curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to move the boxes to where you
will assemble the kit.
You will be expected to accept the
delivery. If our courier’s are unable to complete the delivery of a shipment, a
notice will be left stating that a delivery has been attempted. On the second
business day and, if necessary, on the third business day, the courier will
attempt to deliver the shipment without additional charge. However, if the courier
is unable to make delivery, a service charge may be applied to your account.
During delivery, we advise that you
inspect the package prior to accepting it. If damage is noticeable, please mark on
shipping document “BILL OF LADING” damaged. You may choose to decline the shipment
and arrangements will be made to rectify the situation. If damage is severe, we
will initiate a freight claim with the courier. In the case of severe freight
damage, you will be issued a full refund and arrangements will be made to reship
your order if you desire
